WG1 meeting

Working Group 1 (“Scope and targets of meat safety assurance”) members met in Risk Assessment Centre on Food Chain, Sofia (Bulgaria) on 4-5 February 2020 to discuss Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats (SWOT) of meat safety assurance system (MSAS), to develop a questionnaire aiming to collect information on utilisation of MSAS and to work on a conceptual model of MSAS integration into official controls system.
