Bojan Blagojevic

Professor of Meat Hygiene, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, Dipl. ECVPH

The core elements of his research include risk-based meat safety assurance system, risk assessment of public and animal health hazards, risk-based meat inspection, abattoir process hygiene and meat decontamination.

Bojan is coordinator of the RIBMINS.

His contributions to the training school are the following:

  • New application possibilities in the diagnostic methods: acute phase proteins
