I am a researcher in food safety, main topics are hygiene, slaughtering, meat production, and predictive modelling. My background is a master-degree in animal husbandry (nutrition and genetics) and PhD in food safety. My interests are also in statistics and IT systems.

Sigrun is one of the workshop case-study teachers.
