RIBMINS workshop at ECVPH conference in Edinburgh
On 3rd October 2019, more than 30 diplomates and residents of the European College of Veterinary Public Health attended “Risk-based meat inspection and integrated meat safety assurance at abattoir level” workshop. The workshop was coordinated by the RIBMINS Working Group 3 leaders and included presentation of the objectives of WG3 and thorough discussion of the new meat safety system at abattoir level with the audience.
