RIBMINS workshop at SafePork 2019

More than 60 researchers, meat industry and governmental representatives, coming from six continents and interested in modernisation of meat inspection and meat safety assurance system, attended the RIBMINS workshop at SafePork2019 on August 26th in Berlin. Experiences from Europe, USA, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand were presented and discussed.
