DVM since 2014, and received his PhD in 2021. The core element of his research activities are evaluating the viability of remote veterinary inspections at slaughter. He furthermore focuses on additional uses of technological innovation and assistance in meat inspection practices.

Viktor is a member of WG3, 4 and 5.
