RIBMINS stakeholder meeting: “Safe(r) meat in a changing world”
RIBMINS stakeholder meeting has been held at COST Association premises in Brussels, Belgium, on 26-27th April 2023, with an aim to discuss main challenges in implementation of risk-based meat safety assurance system in Europe.
Stakeholders included representatives of the EU Commission, veterinary public health authorities from 10 European countries, several biggest European meat industries and their associations, as well as other relevant food safety organisations in Europe.
