RIBMINS Workshops and Working Group Meetings

Representatives of academia, meat industry and competent authorities coming from more than 30 countries have attended five RIBMINS Workshops and separate Working Group meetings on 7-8 November (click here for more information) at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. They have successfully shared experiences and views about meat inspection and meat safety assurance system as well as how to further modernize the system in their countries and at the European level.
